Reserves - won 2-0 Sponsored by SodensA much-needed win today and the team succeeded in taking the points in harsh conditions. Goal scorers were Steven Pinotis with a header and goalkeeper Harro playing on the field with a well-planned nutmeg which took the score to 2-0. All played well with special mention to Harro, Peter O, Wayne and Jordan.

Ladies - byeThirds - won 5-1A disappointing result after playing well in the first half but our second half down let us down. Strong games from Omar, Bones, Rhys and Nick.

Under 16 Girls – bye

Under 15s - won 5-1A very polished performance from the team considering a break of about eight weeks. The boys knocked the ball around well. Excellent games from John Belgre and Tom Carrie from the Under 14s. It was pleasing to see we had no passengers. Goal scorers were Benny Holt with two, Michael Corkett, Will and Johhny Belgre scored a cracker.

Under 13s - lost 0-11Despite the scoreline, our team put in a good effort against a strong team. Rhys, Phil, Daniel and Finny had top games.

Uhder 12s - won 0-7A very good effort playing a quality team. The team fought hard and never gave up. The score does not reflect the way the team played. Special mention to Seato in goals who saved several chances. Amy played well in defence and thanks to Briggsy and Paynter. Overall a good team performance.

Under 11s - won 4-2An awesome first 10 minutes saw the Spurs take a 3-0 lead. Briggsy scored twice and Simon once. The team played excellent soccer in this period. The rest of the game was quite scrappy in difficult conditions. Mark sealed the victory with a nice goal. Well played Briggsy, Tom, Simon, Matt P and Steve.Under 11s v SSA Won 5-2What a game! The team played excellent soccer for the whole game creating numerous chances. Goal scorers were Daniel B, Briggsy, Kristy, Matty P and Simon. Special mention to Ben for his non-stop performance. Well done team!

Under 10s - lost 0-13

Under 9s - drew 2-2Good games by two even teams. Two good goals by Tim and great lay by Daniel on the wing. Other good players this week were Jaye, Arris and Jarrod. Starting to pass the ball to each other which is encouraging for all.
