Match reports -

Seniors won 7-0

A good first half saw the spurs in total control of the game. Unfortunately in the second half the dreaded Benalla virus swept through the team infecting everyone except goalkeeper Pete Gunning. Elliot Jones and Ryan Giles played their first full senior game and Ryan scored his first senior goal with an excellent header from 15 yards. Good to see young Bones, back from a training injury, play his first game for the season and score two goals. The other goals were from Paul Rago 2, an own goal and Robert Tuksar got one after missing easy opportunities

Ladies won 25-0

Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal, Goal. Good luck next week against St Pats.

Reserves won 6-2

Thirds won 1-0

A win is a win but many opportunities were missed. A top game from Dave Milton who has joined our club. Major contributions from Peter M, Trevor, Elliot, Ryan, Nick Harris and Nick Chapman. The skills displayed clearly showed the team is in for a good season.

Under 14s bye

Under 13s bye

Under 12s won 4-0

Under 11s won 16-0

Much improved performance on last week's game, especially the passing. Good games played by Zac, Mat Townsand, Chris Johnson and Glen Stucky

Milestones

Congratulations to Senior Ladies who scored 25 goals in the game against Benalla on Sunday. We lost count after a while and can't name the goal scorers for fear of missing someone out. Congratulations to the girls who also got hat-tricks.
